# Who is this app for?

For any individual who cares about efficient and sustainable food management in his or her home.

What’s Left is an all-round pantry-app that helps build a personalized receipt-data driven digital pantry to optimize food resources.

Building and maintaining a digital pantry can be time consuming. Every time you shop, it can be dozens of items that need to be checked in the app. Every time you consume an item, it needs to be checked out of your digital pantry. Those tasks are very repetitive and should be reduced as much as possible for the user. This is what What’s Left does. It allows the users to check the items in and out in a unique way and requires little to no effort.

+++ Checking the items in: the items are entered per receipt scanning and automatically extracted to the pantry stocks.

+++ Checking the items out: the app uses artificial intelligence to foresee what’s left in your kitchen cabinets. The more receipts you scan, the more the app learns about you.

+++ Receipt Scanning.
Once the receipts are scanned, the bought items and the associated information are extracted and automatically added to the created stocks.

+++ Food inventory prognosis.
What’s Left updates the stocks automatically. The app bases its prognosis on all receipts scanned in the app. The effort to maintain and check the consumed items is thereby tremendously reduced.

+++ Analysis of your grocery shopping.
Do you know how much food you spend per year for meat or how many apples you eat per year? Or would you rather follow your coffee consumption? Whats Left answers all your questions!

+++ Barcode Scanner.
Scan the barcodes of your bought items once and retrieve them in all the other scanned receipts. The result: receipts loaded with nutritional and environmental information, helping you make better food and ecological choices.

+++ Shopping Lists.
A shopping list is composed of articles automatically tracked in Whats Left. Either you add all these articles to a new shopping list, or you let Whats Left do the work for you. As soon as you are short of an article, it will be automatically added to your shopping list.

+++ Recipe predictions.
Are you facing the problem that you don’t know what to cook. You’d really love it if someone could tell you what to cook, based on what you have left in your fridge and kitchen cabinets? What’s Left does just that for you. The app will give you an overview of all recipes that you could possibly cook, based on your existing stocks.

+++ Account sharing.
Share your account with, for example, your partner and see all the changes made in the What’s Left account in real time.

+++ Save money & food! Stop waste!
Avoid buying what you already have in your kitchen! Sometimes, we inadvertently hide our food far in the back of the fridge or bury food items deep in the freezer. It’s easy to oversee it and unfortunately most of the time we forget about it. What’s Left helps you keep an eye on those items, just as it keeps track of all your expenses anywhere and anytime!

+++ Save time!
At any time of the day, on your way to work or at home, access your digital pantry! Take a quick look at your shopping lists. They’re always up to date.

+++ Nutrition check
Do you have a healthy and balanced diet? One barcode scan, and you’ll always know.

+++ Protection of your personal data.
Whats Left respects your privacy! We do not track the data entered in the app for promotional or advertising purposes and do not pass it on to third parties!

+++ All features are free
You have free access to ALL Whats Left features: scan a receipt, create a shopping list, create an inventory... Use the features as you please! ;)

+++ Sustainable grocery shopping
Lessen your environmental impact by optimizing your grocery shopping and smart managing your food inventory.
